Bankruptcy is a lawful process wherever the debtor is declared as becoming unable to spend his debts. The affairs from the debtor (i.e., debtor’s belongings and liabilities) are then put prior to a bankruptcy trustee in the interests of his creditors generally. The bankruptcy trustee will both be the Formal Receiver or any Insolvency Practitioner
